Ticket analysis follow-up on noise (guest post)

In a previous post, Daniel Pshock recently analyzed the support tickets submitted via our Contact Us form during the fall 2018 semester.

The goals of this follow-up were to find:

  • Where noise complaints in MD Anderson Library come from
  • What times noise complaints are sent
  • If noise complaints are coming from non-silent zones
  • Whether the noise complaint number is being used for non-noise related issues
