Usability testing, February 2018

A usability test was conducted in MD Anderson Library with 5 users.

The goal of usability testing was to observe how people use the search tools on the libraries.uh.edu homepage.

Reddit is a message board site and the 5th most visited website in the US, according to Alexa.

This post is a review what people said about UH Libraries on Reddit during the fall 2017 semester, to help us gauge general feelings about our services.
