Homepage update, January 2018

Homepage with Services and Spaces & Rooms higher on the page

An update to the libraries.uh.edu homepage was pushed in January 2018.

The goal of the update was to better prioritize content. Past usability testing found that users scrolled down to sections below the fold. The information found in those sections has been moved up.
