Website tree testing, January 2017

A tree test was recently promoted to users on info.lib.uh.edu. The test asked participants to complete 3 tasks using a virtual tree of the site’s current navigation.

6 participants completed all 3 tasks. Overall success rate was 44% while directness was 56%.
