New digital wayfinding signs in MD Anderson Library

Three new digital wayfinding signs were installed in MD Anderson Library. The signs are located in the main lobby, in the 2nd floor Red Wing, just outside Special Collections, and in the basement. The signs provide users directions to important destinations, study zones, and call number range stacks.

info.lib.uh.edu SUS survey, summer 2016

Summary: A survey was recently promoted to users of UH Libraries’ main site that asked questions from the System Usability Scale (SUS). After 12 days of promotion, 18 usable responses were collected. In general, the usability of info.lib.uh.edu was perceived as below average. SUS scores like these will be used as a benchmark and compared with future SUS evaluations.
