The 2008 presidential election contest has brought religion into the news in some interesting ways, and a good way to follow this aspect of the race is to read the “Spiritual Politics” blog produced by the Leonard E. Greenberg Center for Religion in Public Life at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. This very active blog is edited by religion scholar Mark Silk and includes as contributors a number of distinguished academics.
