5 tips for finding scores in the Music Library

Help!, Library Resources

Tip no. 1:  Can’t find a sonata, concerto, symphony, etc.?  Pluralize the musical form for better results (“sonatas” instead of “sonata”).

EXAMPLE: Search for “beethoven” AND “sonatas” AND “violin”  instead of “beethoven violin sonata”. See for yourself what a difference this simple trick can make in your catalog searches.
